Member of the Israeli Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Klaiman has a working experience of 11 years in law, of which 7 years experience in CIS countries, especially Ukraine.
Mr. Klaiman provides legal support to major Israeli public companies, international private equity funds, high tech and technology companies, non-profit funds, retail chains, financial groups. Mr. Klaiman participated in acquisition of Globus shopping mall in the City of Kyiv as well as other acquisitions across Ukraine with the total value above USD 200 million.
Mr. Klaiman specializing areas are corporate restructuring, M&A, international real estate, commercial law, banking and finance, international trade.
Mr. Klaiman graduated (cum laude) from the School of Law at the College of Management (LLB) and graduated (cum laude) from the School of Business Administration of the College of Management (B.A – finance). Constantin completed studying for his Masters degree at the Tel Aviv University, in the Executive program (commercial law) in cooperation with the Berkeley University of California, U.S.A.
